- 1 1/4 cup water (70-80 degrees)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cups plus 2 tbsp bread flour
- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
**Add dried cranberries or raisins for a change**
