A Smoothie for Expectant Mothers

 
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sliced mango
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1 tbs. orange juice concentrate
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups ice
But the rest of us can enjoy it too!  Salud!
