Potato Beef Casserole

4 mdm potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 can (10 1/2 oz) condensed vegetable beef soup, undiluted
1/2 tsp salt

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.  Transfer to a greased 2 qt baking dish.  Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs or til potatoes are tender.  yield - 4-6 svgs
