- 1 pkg (28 oz) frozen O'Brien hashbrown potatoes
- 2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
- 1 jar (2 oz) diced pimentos, drained (optional)
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp pepper
