Ham and Hash Browns

  • 1 pkg (28 oz) frozen O'Brien hashbrown potatoes
  • 2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
  • 1 jar (2 oz) diced pimentos, drained (optional)
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
In a slow cooker, combine potatoes, ham and pimentos.  In a bowl, combine soup, milk and pepper; pour over potato mixture.  Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hrs or til potatoes are tender.  4 svgs.
