Busy Day Ham Bake

  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
  • 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup cubed fully cooked ham
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp butter/margarine, melted
In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients.  Transfer to a greased 1.5 qt. baking dish.  Toss bread crumbs and butter; s prinkler over the top.  Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 mins or til heated through.  4 svgs.
